With the time change to contend with the thought of past flooding is always on one’s mind.  I know, I know, a one in 300 year flooding event…..that happened three times in six years.  Herb soaked his soccer shoes in this past photo.  I would like to note that on the 15th of April last year I took one of my old cars out and continued to drive into the year.  Spring weather is coming.  I can feel it!
